Job Scope: Handle Tenants’ contracts and follow up on all legal issues.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepare all “Leasing Contracts” and follow up with tenants on all related matters (Deposit; down payment; cheques and MOF stamps fees) in an accurate and timely manner;
-Ensure that all contracts, offers and guides are filled and signed accurately by the tenants;
-Coordinate and follow up with the concerned on all permits and licenses required for Verdun Mall;
-Follow up on the execution of Verdun Mall main agreements, coordinate between ABC and Verdun Mall on all the decisions to be taken in cooperation with external companies and report to the Legal Manager;
-Coordinate and follow-up on employees matters with the MOL upon HR request;
-Provide legal advice and support as per the manager’s request;
-Ensure that all legal documents are properly archived;
-Perform other job related duties as assigned.
